The 111 is a youth centered, community driven initiative by DEAR BROWN YOU that exists to ensure children feel seen, affirmed, and valued. Not just for how they present, but for who they are. Through intentional styling experiences, creative expression, and ethical storytelling, we work to build confidence, strengthen identity, and foster a sense of belonging for young people each year.

Contributions directly support the resources required to create meaningful and affirming experiences for youth, including thoughtfully curated wardrobe pieces, styling sessions, professional photography, affirmation materials, event logistics, and program operations. Donations also help us collaborate with local creatives, schools, and community partners to sustainably reach youth from diverse neighborhoods across the states.
