DEAR BROWN YOU : THE 111 INITIATIVE

Registration for The 111 invites parents and guardians to be active participants in creating affirming, confidence-building experiences for their children.

The 111, an initiative by Dear Brown You, was created to celebrate 111 young people across Chicago through intentional styling, creative expression, and opportunities to be seen, heard, and valued. At its core, the initiative exists to support youth emotional and social wellness by fostering confidence, identity, and a sense of belonging.

By registering your child, you are providing us with the opportunity to learn more about who they are.  Their interests, style preferences, and unique qualities  so we can thoughtfully curate an experience centered on care and affirmation. Registration does not guarantee participation, but every submission is reviewed with respect and intention.
